A hands-on educational program designed to develop and enhance non-job specific strengths and skills such as: -Work Habits and Executive functioning (task initiation and completion, organization and time management, task sequencing, attention and focus and problem solving) -Physical and Cognitive Demands (physical stamina, fine and gross motor skills, ergonomics and safety and information retention) -Social and Interpersonal Skills (professional Communication, teamwork and communication, self-regulation and behavior and appropriate boundaries) -Self-Advocacy and Job Maintenance (self-awareness, requesting accommodations, self-care and hygiene) Program objective: to enhance each individual’s ability to successfully obtain supportive or competitive employment.
